What we are doing:
We will be doing minimum first boss in Elite Mode, then the rest in regular mode. We may attempt heroic difficulty if the group performs and the raid leader determines that chance of success is high.
Start Time: 6:30PM PDT (Group Begins Forming and Summoning)
First Pull: 6:45PM PDT (we intend to pull at this time, sharp)
End Time: 9:30PM PDT

Please either reply to this thread if you intend on coming. Please also inform us on what role you wish to fill. Remember, if you agree to attend, you ARE COMMITTING. It is very important to understand that the only way for these events to be successful is to understand that 9 other people are also committing to this event. If something comes up or you are unable to attend after committing to the event, please provide notification as soon as possible so we may replace your slot. Failure to adhere to this simple request may result in you no longer being invited to our events. You have been forewarned.
Wipes are expected to occur as we are raiding content that still requires much attention and skill. Having said that, we have a 5 wipe policy for these types of raids. After 5 wipes, we will evaluate the reason for our wipes. Please understand that if you are the reason we are wiping, we will ask you to leave the group and be replaced. We don't do this because we want to be mean or elitist, but because the time of your fellow raiders is valuable. We want to be an effective raid team, and will help you with any problems in your play, but this may have to wait for another date should we ask you to leave group. We will of course spend time after raid to help you understand any mechanics or help you with your character. We do these raids to help fellow players, and hope you understand our intentions.
